"The sowing campaign has already begun, and farms in the east and south of the region have started sowing peas. It is not afraid of small frosts and is a moisture-resistant crop, so if you have the right tools, seeders that work well in moist soil, then you can sow now. It will be much worse on dry soil," he said.
According to the scientist, the sowing of the main spring crops, including wheat and corn, will be carried out in March.

Small—seeded crops such as rapeseed, mustard, flax can be sown earlier, in moist soil, especially since there are technologies that allow you to sow with a sprayer. Sunflower, on the other hand, is a medium—term crop, and warmer weather is needed here, since the temperature at the seed depth should be at least 5-6 degrees," he says.
